Welcome to the FIRST International Personal Trainer Locator Service that
actually oversees the certification status of its service providers so you
don't have to!
If you are searching for a Personal
Trainer - for yourself, your company, your patient or your insured - this will
soon be the
most complete website available to help you determine which Personal Trainer
best fits your needs! Once our Personal Trainer Locator Service formally
launches in June of 2010, you will find information on
each Trainer's certifications and or formal degrees, specializations, locations,
costs and discounts given to FFH members. Plus, you can review a brief
overview for each of the certifying agencies' requirements from which our
Trainers have received their PT certifications.
US Personal Trainers that have been
certified through a National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA's)
accredited agency are listed in our Service as well as Trainers that have
successfully completed an approved College or University 4-Year Degree or
better; some of our international trainers have been certified through one or
more of these agencies, as well! All of our service providers must submit
a verifiable certification regardless of which country they train in.
Continuing education requirements are also reviewed to verify each of our
service providers are current with the agency policies through which they
obtained their certification.
